General terms and conditions of sale

1. Definitions

1.1 The "Seller" is Bondis bvba with registered office at Cleydaellaan 16/1, 2630 Aartselaar, Belgium and company number BE 0415.509.297.

1.2 The "Buyer" is any person or legal entity who purchases one or more products through the webshop.

2. Conditions

2.1 The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales that take place via the webshop and/or email communication;

2.2 The seller has the right to change the general terms and conditions of sale without prior notice.

2.3 By placing an order via the webshop, the buyer confirms to be aware of and to accept the general terms and conditions of sale.

3. Price

3.1 The prices of products are offered in euros, including VAT, but without shipping costs.

3.2 The seller reserves the right to change the prices at any time.

3.3 The goods remain the property of the seller until the receipt of payment including VAT and shipping costs.

4. Payment

4.1 All payments shall be made in Euro.

4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are only made after prepayment via bank transfer, PayPal transfer or payment by credit card (via PayPal, no account required).

5. Delivery conditions

5.1 The seller aims to dispatch all orders within 5 working days after receipt of payment and subject to the product being available from stock. In case of unavailability (total, partial or temporary) of the ordered goods, the seller will inform the buyer about the status of the order. A delay in the delivery of the goods shall under no circumstances entitle the buyer to cancel his order or to refuse delivery and shall under no circumstances entitle him to compensation.

6. Delivery

6.1 The buyer is responsible if the given delivery address is wrong and accepts the extra costs that this may entail (such as cost for second delivery). In case of errors in the given delivery address, the seller is not responsible if goods cannot be delivered.

7. Warranty

7.1 The seller guarantees that all products comply with the specifications given.

7.2 The seller will not be responsible for any damage or loss whatsoever suffered by the buyer or third parties as a result of the use of the purchased product.

8. Privacy

8.1 The personal data will only be used by the seller for the confirmation, invoicing and delivery of the order. These data are never shared with third parties.

9. Law

9.1 Belgian law shall apply to these general terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the district of Antwerp shall be competent.
